In accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 11 and other applicable legislation, we inform you that this website www.ammaerografia.com is owned by the entity with the corporate name Alfredo Monterde Moscoso.

This entity has its registered office at calle Rambla Girada, 95 08720 Vilafranca Del Penedés.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, communications with AMM Aerografia may be made by regular mail at the physical address or by email. The company will contact the User via e-mail, at the address in its possession or provided in this regard.

Operation of the site

AMM Aerografia reserves the right to modify, at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice to its users, the contents, structure, operation or access conditions of this site.

However, users of the site are aware and accept that some of the information contained herein may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, or contain typographical errors. AMM Aerografia is not obligated to update the content of this site and shall not be liable for any failure to update information. It is the sole responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy and/or usefulness of any information, advice, opinion, or other content available through this site.

Likewise, AMM Aerografia reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to this site for maintenance, updating, improvement or repair operations.

Protected areas of the website

Generally, access to AMM Aerografia’s services does not require the user to subscribe or register.

The use of certain services may be conditioned to the prior obtaining of a personal account by means of user registration. This registration shall be carried out in the manner expressly indicated on the website.

Intellectual property of products

At AMM Aerografia we do not claim any ownership over the artwork used in our system by other users. Each design is a 100% authentic, on-demand, print-tribute. You are only paying for the manufacturing and printing time. The design, vinyl and other materials are included completely free of charge.

We fully respect the right of expression of the authors and expect that users who use our service also do so, for the same reason, these users accept the following conditions:

– Do not use images that infringe the intellectual property of others. Such as trademarks.

– Do not use images that may harm other people or have an inappropriate use. Such as pornographic images that are not of an artistic nature, images of inappropriate use of minors, images that incite drug use, violence, terrorism, Nazism or fascism,  insulting, threatening or harmful content, hateful or discriminatory messages against race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or disability.

– Do not use images that violate the law in any way other than those already mentioned.

Any product that violates these conditions will be removed from the system without notice, and we reserve the right to take more drastic measures with the user in case of repeated warnings. If you as a visitor of our store detect that an illustration does not comply with any of these conditions, please inform us immediately at  .

If you as an author detect that any of the designs are violating your own intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately by sending the following information to the email ammaerografia@gmail.com.

– Identification of the copyright, trademark or whatever has been infringed.

– Full URL address of the product that has infringed your image rights.

– Your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address.

– Written statement where you state in good faith that the material in question actually infringes the law or your rights, and the same statement that all information you are providing is truthful.
