The user expressly understands and agrees that any content, software or any other type of material, which he downloads or otherwise obtains through this site is done at his own risk, and that he as the user shall be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data caused to his computer systems.

AMM Aerografia has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in this site is correct. However, users of the site acknowledge that some of the information contained in this site may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, or contain errors.

Right of exclusion and partial nullity

AMM Aerografia reserves the right to cancel, remove, or disallow the use of all or any of the services of the website to any user without prior notice if in its sole discretion, and in any circumstance, the user is making an incorrect use of it.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or void, such provision shall be severed if legally required to do so. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This site is located and operated from Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. In those cases in which the user is not a consumer, or is domiciled outside Spain, AMM Aerografia and the user shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Vilafranca del Penedés, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

If the user decides to use or consult this site from outside Spain, he/she should bear in mind that he/she does so on his/her own initiative, and that he/she is responsible for compliance with the relevant local laws.

Duration and review

Although the legal relationship between AMM Aerografia and the user, derived from the access and use of the site, has an indefinite duration, it will be considered terminated at the time the company modifies these general conditions. At the time the company announces the modification of the general conditions, and the user accesses and uses the services and contents of the site, a new legal relationship between the two parties shall be deemed to have been initiated for an equally indefinite period of time.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, AMM Aerografia is entitled to suspend, interrupt or terminate unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice or just cause, the provision of any of the services offered.

AMM Aerografia reserves the right to revise, unilaterally and without notice, these terms of use at any time. The revised conditions will come into force as soon as they are published on this site. If you are a regular user of this site, you should review the terms and conditions regularly, and refrain from accessing the site if you do not find any of the revised terms and conditions acceptable.

Customizer conditions

The buyer is responsible for any rights that may be contained in the images used in his customized product.

We recommend that the images used have an adequate pixel size so that they are not blurred in the final product. The buyer is responsible for the quality of the image. We do not do any additional editing to the added elements.

The base product image shown is an approximate representation of reality.

Returns are not accepted for customized products. Except in the case of factory defect or breakage due to transport.

Return policy

What should I do if I want to return a product?

To return an item, you must contact the customer service department by emailing ammaerografia@gmail.com, notifying which item/s you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange along with a photograph of the damage.

For hygienic reasons, tested items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the package arrives damaged, you must indicate this on the carrier’s receipt and report it within 24 hours so that the incident can be processed.

AMM Aerografia is responsible for the quality of its products and accepts the return of defective products, provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 working days, according to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of the Retail Trade Management. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of the items of your order.

IMPORTANT: Personalized products that have been created exclusively for you cannot be returned.

Any return without prior communication will not be accepted. In order to accept the return, both the product and its packaging must be in the same condition as it was delivered, including all documentation accompanying the product. The customer must make a correct packaging to ensure transport without damage.

The management and shipping costs of an exchange or a return will be borne by AMM Aerografia as long as it is due to a product defect, being this the case we will send the carrier to pick up the defective product, once we have verified the defect through the photograph that you must send us to our email ammaerografia@gmail.com. The pick up and delivery address must be in the same country of the first order.

Otherwise, if the customer simply wishes to return or exchange it because he no longer wants it, he must inform us within a maximum of 14 working days and send us the products to the postal address (transport costs are to be borne by the customer in this case):

Once received and verified that the product is in the same condition in which it was sent, we will proceed to refund the amount or exchange it for the same product according to the method of payment made by the customer.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same conditions in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they keep their original labels and their original packaging, you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment.

We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account. Once we have made the payment, the time it takes to receive the refund depends on the bank related to your payment method.

The amount paid will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.

Transportation costs will be refunded only when AMM Aerografia is responsible for the cause of the return of the product.

Shipping and delivery

At AMM Airbrushing we do our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.

Therefore we guarantee fast production times, between 1 to 3 days from the reception of your order in our system, depending on the priority of the production load we have and the quantity you have ordered. These times refer only to the production of products.

Carrier times vary depending on the area and choice of carrier:

Spain (Peninsula) – 3-5 days

Once we pack your order and deliver it to the carrier, you will receive an email notification.

The carrier is not obliged to deliver at a specific time, except if you pay for the additional service of delivery at a specific time. The carrier has a marked route and will deliver your order when it arrives at your address within that route.

At AMM Aerografia we do our best to ensure that your orders arrive on time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% of your orders because once they are in the hands of the carrier we cannot control any delays that may occur.
